1. Nature of Offerings

Harmonic Soul Astrology by Vēy primarily provides digital, custom, spiritual, and interpretive services, including but not limited to astrology readings, energetic work, written insights, and downloadable materials.

Due to the personalized and non-tangible nature of these offerings, refunds are limited as outlined below.

2. Digital Products & Downloadable Content

All sales of digital products, including PDFs, written reports, recordings, or downloadable content, are final once delivery has occurred.

No refunds will be issued for:

Digital products that have already been delivered or accessed
Change of mind after purchase
Dissatisfaction based on personal interpretation or expectations

3. Astrology Readings & Custom Services

Because astrology readings and spiritual services are custom-created and energetically rendered, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

However, a refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

The service has not yet been started, and
The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase

If approved, refunds will be issued at our discretion and may be full or partial depending on the circumstances.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled service:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
Cancellations made after work has begun are not eligible for a refund
Missed appointments or failure to provide required information on time may result in forfeiture without refund

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases—such as technical failure, inability to deliver a service, or other extraordinary situations—we may offer:

A partial refund, or
A rescheduled service, or
Store credit

Such decisions are made at our sole discretion.

6. No Guarantees

Astrology and spiritual services are interpretive and subjective. Refunds are not issued based on:

Personal disagreement with the interpretation
Emotional response to insights provided
Outcomes or results not aligning with expectations
